Marri & More guarantees the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and materials, as well as guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. The warranty period varies by product component as detailed below. Note that the warranty commences from the date of your original Tax Invoice.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. If a defect caused by faulty workmanship or materials appears during the warranty period, Marri & More or an authorised third party may conduct an in-home inspection to determine if a manufacturing fault exists.
Unless otherwise specified in writing by Marri & More (e.g., in a Sales Order), the following warranty periods apply:
If a product is replaced during the warranty period, the guarantee period will continue to expire according to the original item's delivery date.

To the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to Australian Consumer Law, Marri & More is not liable for normal wear and tear or the cost of transporting the product for repair or replacement. Normal and natural usage can result in:

Lodge a service claim by emailing sales@marrimore.com.au or calling 0416 522 777. Marri & More will assess and respond to your claim within 10 business days. The purchaser bears the expense of making the claim, including freight, house calls, labour, and other costs, charged at standard Marri & More rates.
If you need to return faulty items and you picked them up yourself, you must bring them back to Marri & More at your own cost, unless we agree otherwise. If returning the faulty item is very expensive, Marri & More will cover the return cost.
If Marri & More determines a part or product has a manufacturing defect, Marri & More will choose to repair or replace the part or product. The purchaser has the right to repair or replacement of the defective part or product only. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Marri & More’s liability is limited to repair or replacement, excluding indirect and consequential loss.
If an overseas supplier fails to deliver the goods, or an unforeseen event (e.g., act of God) prevents Marri & More from providing your goods, your order may be cancelled and your deposit refunded without liability.
Title to goods passes on full payment, and risk passes on delivery or collection. In case of conflict between these terms and any other document, these terms prevail. Personal information is used in accordance with Marri & More’s privacy policy. Marri & More is not liable for delivery delays. This document is governed by the laws of Western Australia.
